Ann (Alfano) Imbaro

June 29, 1917 - April 27, 2012

Loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother

Foxboro – Ann (Alfano) Imbaro, age 94, wife of the late Louis Imbaro and affectionately known as GiGi, died on April 27, 2012.

Loving Mother of Fran Kleindienst and her husband Fred of Foxboro, her son Philip C. Imbaro and his wife Joyce of Foxboro, Grandmother of Heidi LaVoie, Philip J. Imbaro and his wife Melissa of Plainville and Tracy Imbaro of Foxboro. Great grandmother of Shannon Roberts of Foxboro, Sarah LaVoie of Norton and Vanessa and Courtney Imbaro of Plainville.

She also leaves several nieces and nephews and numerous extended families and friends.

She was the sister of the late Frances Cannistraro of Waltham, Joseph Alfano of Weymouth and Florence Young of Quincy. After her retirement from the Foxboro Company in 1982, Ann was a loyal volunteer at the Van Dora Nursing Home for many years. She was a past member of the Foxboro Grange.

Funeral Information

Friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend calling hours at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South Street, Foxboro on Tuesday, May 1 from 4 to 7 pm. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am at the funeral home. Burial will be private. For additional information please contact 508 543-5471.
