Foxborough-Constance B. (Busch) Casey, age 87, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Middleboro surrounded by the comfort of her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Winfred and Mildred (LaPlante) Busch. Connie was born on September 2, 1924 in Philadelphia, PA and was a graduate of Roslindale High School. She has been a Foxborough resident since 1953 and was a summer resident of Plymouth. Connie was an assembler at the Foxboro Company for over 17 years. She was a former school cafeteria worker in Foxborough and a former candy striper at Norwood Hospital. A beach lover, she particularly enjoyed spending time on Whitehorse Beach in Plymouth. She enjoyed music and while in High School played violin in the school orchestra. A devout Catholic, Constance was a volunteer for Prison Ministries at both Walpole and Norfolk prisons. She was a devoted mother and grandmother. Former wife of the late Matthias Casey. Beloved mother of Sandra and her husband Joseph Nunes of Seekonk, Paula and her husband Neil Cavanaugh of Sandwich, Regina and her husband Robert Greenleaf of Foxborough, and the late Karen Streed. Sister of the late Virginia McNeil of FL and Jeanne Faherty of Plymouth. Loving grandmother of Ross and Shaila Cavanaugh and Jake and Jenny Greenleaf. Funeral InformationRelatives and friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, April 18, from 4-7 PM at the Roberts and Sons Funeral Home, 30 South St., Foxborough. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 58 Carpenter St., Foxborough. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Foxborough.
